2. APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present terms and conditions apply to the sale of services by SAS PAPA ROUYO on its online and telephone shop. They are automatically made available to the buyer on the home page of the PAPA ROUYO website.
It is sufficient for the buyer to click on “General Sales Conditions” (hereinafter referred to as G.S.C.) to know the conditions of his order, even before he has started the ordering process.
Consequently, placing an order implies the buyer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these G.S.C., to the exclusion of all other documents such as prospectuses and catalogues issued by the seller, which are for information purposes only.
The fact that the seller does not avail itself at a given time of any of the provisions hereof may not be interpreted as a waiver of the right to avail itself of any of the said conditions at a later date.
Our offers are exclusively reserved for private customers. Orders are confirmed by a confirmation email, but are not final until full payment has been received.
2.1 DETAILS OF SERVICES
SAS PAPA ROUYO offers its customers tours of the Distillery with commentary by company employees and tastings of our Rhums Agricoles de Terroir (duration of the tour: approximately one hour and 30 minutes) Tours take place: from 3.30 pm to 5 pm (Monday to Friday) and from 10.30 am to 12 noon (Monday to Friday).
2.2 REFUND POLICY
Tickets for visits to the distillery are non-refundable, but can be changed on request. Please note that tickets can only be changed according to the number of places available on our schedule.
3. PRICES
Tour prices: €15 per person and free for under-18s.
Prices are subject to the French VAT applicable in the French overseas departments and any change in the legal rate of this VAT will be passed on to the price of products and services on the date stipulated by the relevant implementing decree.
The prices of the products and services presented are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all taxes and exclusive of delivery charges.

. PROOF OF PAYMENT :
A receipt of payment will be sent directly to the email address provided when the order was placed. It can also be sent by email on request. Receipts are issued in Euros (€).

5. PAYMENT Terms of payment

The price of the visits is payable in full to SAS PAPA ROUYO, as soon as you place your order on the site by credit card (secure online payment by the Stripe system).
Internet: secure payment by credit card. We have set up a secure online credit card payment procedure for you. This procedure is based on information encryption technology, the benchmark for secure payment. (3D secure system)
When you pay, you enter your bank card number and expiry date, which are immediately encrypted on your computer before being sent over the Internet. This means that no confidential information circulates on the network without first being encrypted. Please note: only bank cards bearing the initials CB, VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD are accepted.
6. MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
Visits are subject to a minimum number of 2 participants. In the event of insufficient participants, SAS PAPA ROUYO reserves the right to cancel a tour and transfer it to another slot.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA Right of access and rectification
In order to respond to your needs and ensure optimal remote service, we are required to record certain information about you (surname, first name, address, etc.).
You may receive, via SAS PAPA ROUYO, information about offers from SAS PAPA ROUYO by telephone or email.
If you do not wish to receive such information, simply write to our customer service department indicating your full name and address.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/CANCELLATION FORM
1.1. You have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
1.2 However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to: – clearly personalised items and items made to the customer’s specifications; – supplies of audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed by the customer after delivery; – beauty products and hygienic items which have been unsealed by the customer after delivery – such items cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
1.3. In cases where you have a right of withdrawal, the 14-day withdrawal period runs :
– from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, receive the item ordered,
– or, in the case of an order for several items delivered separately, from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, received the last item,
– or, in the case of an order for an item made up of multiple batches or parts whose delivery is staggered over a defined period, from the day on which you, or a third party that is not the carrier and that you have designated, have received the last batch or part.
1.4. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending us, by post to Distillerie Papa Rouyo Route de l’habitation – Sainte-Claire Goyave or by email to hello@paparouyo.com before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, the withdrawal form attached below or, at your option, any other unambiguous statement expressing your wish to withdraw.
1.6 If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the aforementioned conditions and deadlines, we will offer you another date for your visit, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
