Papa Rouyo Jénérasyon 5 ans is a tribute to the patriarchs among the “Maîtres-Canniers” and to generations of sugar cane growers. The Jénérasyon Doilo 5-year-old cuvée is made from carefully selected pure cane juice distilled in Guadeloupe. Once blended and reduced, this rum expresses the full expertise of our craftsmen, seen in the choice of wood grain, char level and cask type. After five years of ageing in our cellars, it offers remarkable complexity and aromatic balance on tasting.

Food pairing

This rum is a wonderful match for indulgent desserts, such as a coconut sorbet, crêpes or flambéed banana.
