Overview

Made from carefully selected pure cane juices distilled in Guadeloupe, the Papa Rouyo 3-year-old aged rum was laid down in the distillery’s cellars. Seven casks were set aside for this bottling. Once blended and reduced, they express the full art of ageing and the expertise of our craftsmen in their choice of wood grain, char level and oak type. Its rich, balanced aromatic palette gives the Papa Rouyo 3-year-old a profile suited both to tasting and to the table.

Food pairing

Jénérasyon is an approachable rum, best enjoyed with simple, forthright dishes such as duck or pork à l’orange. It also works very well with a cheeseboard, blue cheese in particular. On the sweet side, it is the natural partner for a 70% or 80% extra dark chocolate mousse. The finishing touch? Savour it to a bossa nova.
