Papa Rouyo Jénérasyon is a tribute to the patriarchs among the “Maîtres-Canniers” and to generations of sugar cane growers. The Jénérasyon Fofo 3-year-old cuvée reinvents itself in this new batch, made from our pure cane juice distilled in pot stills. This rum embodies the art of ageing and the ancestral expertise of our maîtres-canniers. Its exceptional aromatic richness is made to wake up the palate. Food pairing

This rum pairs perfectly with a dark chocolate fondant, a caramelised banana tart or roast pineapple. It also works very well with caramelised duck breast or pork with mild spices, which bring out its aromatic richness.
