The “Maître-Cannier” series by Papa Rouyo is a tribute to the women and men who bring the Le Moule terroir to life. Through their mastery of the growing methods they apply in the fields day after day, they are the unbreakable link that creates the synergy between soil, climate and cane variety. This series honours them through rums made from the pure juice of their own sugar cane.
