Overview
Sanblaj, whose name means “blend” in Creole, is drawn from different casks of Papa Rouyo rum, double-distilled and patiently rested in the cellar. The aromas of the pure cane juice have been lifted by their contact with the staves. Cask types and char levels vary, offering a rich palette of expression across the rums. A bold and singular interpretation of the art of blending.

Food pairing
Sanblaj is a table rum with real sunshine in it. It lifts a plate of cow’s milk cheeses (Saint-Nectaire first among them) scattered with nuts.
It comes fully into its own, though, on desserts, and works beautifully with a chocolate fondant, waffles or a rum baba. It has also been tested and approved on ice creams, in dark chocolate, latte or Piedmont hazelnut flavours.

- Votre commande sera alors préparée sous 48 heures et mise à votre disposition dans la boutique de votre distillerie Papa Rouyo, située Route de l’Habitation à Sainte-Claire – 97128 Goyave.
- Présentez-vous à la boutique avec votre ticket et une pièce d’identité pour la remise en main propre de votre commande.
- Vous disposez de 30 jours pour récupérer votre achat ; au-delà de cette période, le produit ne sera plus garanti.
- Aucun remboursement ne sera accordé si vous ne pouvez pas récupérer les produits. Un avoir vous sera donc proposé.

The Papa Rouyo distillery has a shop located inside the Lékouz craft brewery in Goyave. You can pick up your rums directly from the shop.
How does Click and Collect work?
- Once you have confirmed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Your order will then be prepared within 48 hours and made available at your Papa Rouyo distillery shop, located Route de l’Habitation, Sainte-Claire – 97128 Goyave.
- Come to the shop with your ticket and a form of ID so your order can be handed over to you in person.
- You have 30 days to collect your purchase; beyond that period, the product is no longer guaranteed.
- No refund will be issued if you are unable to collect the products. A credit note will be offered instead.
